Rates and Policies

Rates:

$40 - 30 minute massage

$75 - 60 minute massage

$110 - 90 minute massage

$150 - 2 hour massage (available with request but require you to have had a session with Elm City Massage prior to booking)

A 2.7% processing fee will be applied to all credit card transactions.

Event massage: This is charged by the hour and has a 2 hour minimum and a 4 hour maximum. Priced at $100 an hour, this includes set up, materials, and up to 10 miles of travel. Additional travel rates will be added for each extra mile.

Policies:

Booking Appointments: You can book an appointment through online booking located in “book your appointment” tab , email, text, or by calling. We cannot guarantee any specific time or date but will try our best to accommodate your requests.

Cancellation: We ask that you give a 24 hour cancellation notice so the slot can be filled. Failure to give proper notice will result in a charge of half of your scheduled appointment.

Arrival and Payment: Please arrive 10 minutes early to your first appointment to fill out paperwork, and 5 minutes early to every appointment thereafter. Payment is due at the time of your appointment.

Directions: We are located at the lower end of Washington St in a green building with a parking lot in front of it.

Other: If you are sick, or have had a fever in the past 24 hours, please cancel your appointment as getting a massage while sick can make your cold worse. It is also important to inform your therapist if you are on any new medication as it can effect your safety during a massage.
